How to send Multiple faxes with Windows XP and the Business Directory
This useful directory works directly with the fax service that comes with
Windows XP. So, you do not need to buy a fax software to send faxes from your
PC neither need to retype fax numbers that are already in the list.

Before anything, you need a fax modem installed in your PC and make sure
that works properly.
Once installed, configure the fax option. To do this:
In the windows desktop screen press over the
Start button
Select Printers and Faxes. See figure 1
Figure 1
A printer with the name Fax should appear. If not, click over Setup Faxing in
the upper right corner of the Printer and faxes window. See figure 2 below.

After completing the install operation of
your Fax service, open any document
that you may have in order to test the
fax option. In the File menu of the
program, select Print and choose as
printer the
Fax printer. After doing
this, the Send Fax wizard window will
appear, as shown in figure 3.

Follow the steps required to
terminate this job. The fax wizard will
ask you to type the To box and Fax
number field as shown in figure 4.

If everything is okey, you will see

dial the fax number. See figure 5.
